OFF / 001 The open standard for independent football
A federation layer for independent clubs—built to make competitive development more accessible, player pathways more flexible, and coaching standards impossible to stand still.
PROTOCOL / 01 Member standard
OFF is not another club badge. It is the shared infrastructure underneath each member: clear commitments that protect access without flattening identity.
Member clubs pledge that yearly costs will not exceed $950 per player, keeping development within reach for more families.
Players can play for different clubs within the organization when it is the right fit for development, roster needs, or family logistics.
Coaches commit to staying current through coaching multiple teams, playing the game themselves, studying modern methods, or demonstrating ongoing tactical growth.
NETWORK / 02 Founding member clubs
Every node stays independent. The connection is the promise families can count on.
An independent club keeping its own identity while aligning with OFF standards for access, flexibility, and coaching accountability.

A founding member club built around local ownership, a clear training environment, and shared federation commitments.

An independent Denton-area youth crew with a coach-led voice and a clear creed: loyalty, courage, victory — at OFF-pledge fees.
ENGINE / 03 How OFF is funded
When an OFF player earns a spot at a top-tier club, club dues can climb past $3,400 a year. OFF closes that gap so family budgets don't decide whether a kid keeps going. Every dollar comes from the leagues and tournaments we operate — non-profit by design.
OFF runs competitive soccer that families and teams already want — local league play, summer 7v7 tournaments, and member-club events — at fair, transparent prices.
Net proceeds flow into a federation-level player-advancement fund. Because OFF is a 501(c)(3), every dollar is accounted for and reinvested into the game.
When an OFF player signs with a larger club like FC Dallas or Solar, we apply the fund directly to their dues. Talent earns the spot; the federation helps cover the cost of taking it.
Top-tier club dues can run $3,400+ per year. The advancement fund closes the gap, not the talent.
